TERMS OF CANCELLATION
A deposit fee of 33% of the total amount agreed upon for the rental/lease is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or changes made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and time will not incur any charges, so the entire fee paid as a deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations or changes made between 7 and 5 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and time will result in the payment of 33% of the entire fee paid as deposit.
Cancellations or changes made between 5 and 3 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and time will result in the payment of 66% of the entire fee paid as a deposit.
Cancellations made within 3 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and time will result in the payment of 100% of the full fee paid as deposit.
In the event that a situation of a cancellation of the Experience by Manubrio Basso is realized, it will be the responsibility of the staff to provide notice to the client(s), in such forms as they deem appropriate, as long as they are suitable to ensure timely communication.
If possible, the client will receive an alternative proposal for carrying out the booked Experience, a modification that will include a change of date, or time. The customer will be able to:
● accept the Alternative Proposal, at no additional cost;
● reject the Alternative Proposal, obtaining full refund of the amount spent on the experience.
Manubrio Basso has the right to cancel the experience if a minimum number of participants is not reached.
NB For the calculation of limit times or any other terms, the start time of the booked experience will be used.
No refund is due to the customer who decides to discontinue his or her experience already undertaken and is therefore required to pay the full amount.
We disclaim any responsibility for disruptions in service due to force majeure, from weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases.
