At the time of booking, payment of the full agreed amount for the rental/lease/experience is required.
Cancellations or changes made up to 7 days before the scheduled date and time of the meeting are subject to a 10% penalty.

Cancellations or changes made between 7 and 6 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and time will incur a charge of 33% of the full amount paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations or changes made between 5 and 4 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and time will result in the payment of a sum equal to 66% of the full amount paid at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 3 days prior to the scheduled meeting date and time will result in the payment of a sum equal to 100% of the entire amount paid at the time of booking.

In the event that the Experience is canceled by Manubrio Basso, the staff will be responsible for informing the customer(s) using the most appropriate means, provided they ensure timely communication.
If possible, the customer will receive an alternative proposal for the booked Experience, which may involve a change of date or time. The customer may:
● Accept the Alternative Proposal at no additional cost;
● Decline the Alternative Proposal and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the Experience.

Manubrio Basso reserves the right to cancel the Experience if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Note: For the calculation of deadlines or any other terms, the start time of the booked Experience shall be considered valid.
No refund will be granted to customers who choose to interrupt an Experience that has already begun; in such cases, the full amount remains due.
We decline all responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure, including weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, or illnesses.
